Surrounded by nature, rich in conifer trees and meadows, it guarantees a pleasant holiday in this part of the Montenegrin coast.

The views with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine will give you a sheer pleasure, as the views from our Villa extend on two fronts, the beautiful Adriatic Sea on one side and the mountain landscape of Mount Rumija on the other. Therefore, according to their affinities, our guests are able to choose a view that would make their stay in our Villa even more enjoyable. In our yard you can enjoy the natural shade, play around while you prepare the barbecue, relax in the hammock, and also you can organize movie nights on our projector. Another amenity that this property offers is a private parking lot.

This spacious and cozy apartment for group has been called by our dear guests the “Corner of Positive Vibration”.It is perfectly made for a group of friends (up to 5 passengers) who are ready to step into another different experience.The apartment is 47m2 in size, located on the ground floor of our building. This apartment includes a bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom, as well as a terrace that can be accessed from the living room.The modernly equipped kitchen has all the necessary kitchen utensils for use.The spacious living room has two practical beds made using a pull-out/unfolding system (double and sofa), where our guests can enjoy parties before bed. The apartment is equipped with free internet, TV, cable TV, hairdryer, toiletries, and air conditioning.

Villa Kovacevic is ideally located in Bar, just 2 minutes from Soho City, and just 600m from the city center and several city beaches. The property is at a great location, just a short walk from the Topolica Sports Hall and nearby tennis, football and athletic fields. The 2km long promenade is ideal for morning recreation and long night walks. Our Villa is just 4 minutes walking distance form the bus stop (in front of Topolica Sports Hall). The bus arrives every half an hour, and also there are taxi drivers picking passengers up and their price is in the amount of the bus fare. With this bus you can go to the old town Bar, bus/train station, as well as to the other places (Sutomore, Canj..) If you need transportation from the airport, please let us know so that we can schedule your ride (extra charge).

For your perfect day in nature with few activities, we have at your disposal a bike that you can rent in agreement with us! If you need transportation to another city or to any other place, we will be very pleased to schedule for you a ride with our vehicles and always in a good company with one of our family members! For all sightseeing around the surrounding cities, as well as organizing adventurous activities, all of us will be happy to help you to plan the perfect tour and activity in Montenegro, as well as the places in neighboring countries.
