This luxurious and modern villa is situated on a 400 m² plot with pool, just 100 metres from the sandy beach and the sea and is ideal for 10 people.
On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with pool views, a dining room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and en-suite shower room. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, while on the second floor there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has sea views and access to the terrace/balcony and is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. The villa also has a roof terrace with panoramic sea views and a seating area.

The 50 m² terrace on the ground floor is equipped with a barbecue and a seating area for 10 people and offers access to a unique, 10 metre long, heated swimming pool. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the house there is a football pitch for children.
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, espresso machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, barbecue in the garden, car park and garage are among the amenities available to guests. Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request.
