The villa consists of three floors: Semi-basement, ground floor and first floor which are connected by an internal staircase. The Semi-basement consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom, laundry room, and Playroom. The ground floor is open plan and includes a fully fitted kitchen complete with all appliances, a dining area, a sitting area, guest-toilette, and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. From the main level you can enjoy direct access to the pool for relaxing and sunbathing. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a terrace with amazing sea view. The pool at this villa is fitted with a Pool Heat Pump and with an isothermal cover with manual roller, to ensure that the temperature of the water is perfect for swimming even if the weather isn’t being particularly kind. Pool heaters can bring the pool temperature between 26? to 28? making it warm enough for everybody to fully enjoy their villa. Due to the hot weather in the peak summer months, the pool heating will be switched off. The owners reside at as short distance from the villas, and personally attend to the rental of the villas as well as the customer service ensuring that their guests’ stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Our beach front of property with direct access (25 meters) is fabulous for swimming, with clear water, also about 10 min walk is the Halikounas beach (4km sandy beach) one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu - ideal for those early morning walks or jogging.

The villa are located in the south-westerly part of Corfu in a verdurous location (Halikounas) and the location where they are built offers a majestic view of the endless, azure Ionian Sea. The unique natural beauty in combination with the serenity the area offers makes for an ideal place for rest and relaxation. A 10 minute walk you can enjoy swimming at the beach of Halikounas which is one of the most beautiful and largest beaches in Corfu, also, at just a short distance one will find beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, and tavernas offering traditional and high quality food. Lake Korission is a great local attraction, it is home to turtles, tortoises, lizards, numerous indigenous and migratory birds. There are lots of walks around different trails, the lake is over 5km long and 1km wide. The picturesque village of Agios Mathaios is a 10 min drive with two well stocked local supermarkets, two tavernas, cafe-bars, butcher, bakery, chemist, ATM. The local town of Moraitica(10 min drive) also has a number of restaurants, supermarkets, various gift shops bars and medical facilities.
