The city of Krk has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and remains of the ancient Romans, the city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery. Baška has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline bay has healthy mud and the Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a ride on fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take the children on a submarine ride (Krk city).
