The villa is in the centre of Opatija in a villa district by Kvarner Bay, with a wonderful view.

The living room opens onto the big balcony. There is also a lovely terrace with garden furniture and Mediterranean plants, with another garden terrace above it with a grill. The owners live on the second floor of the villa.

The apartment is on the first floor of the villa and can accommodate five people. It has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop and electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The kitchen leads out onto the garden terrace. The south-facing living room overlooks the villa's garden and a centuries-old park, through which the blue sea can be glimpsed.

It is 300 metres to all the beaches (sandy and pebbled), as well as to the centre with many restaurants, which you can get to along a pleasantly shaded path lined with old trees in a historical park opposite the apartment.
