Situated only 10km away from the old town centre of Split, 5km away from the ancient Salona and not far from Split (Resnik) airport.

The living room provides access to your private indoor pool measuring 4 x 10 metres, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. After a few rounds of swimming, you can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace (which is equipped with garden furniture with four chairs and a wooden table) and enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape as far as the sea. If you arrive by car than you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

The ground-level holiday house was newly built in 2017 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a light bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a USB port, and a dining table with four chairs. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a two-ring electric touch screen stove, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, urinal basin and even a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Only 1.5 km away from the property there are beaches, golf and tennis courts, restaurants, grocery stores and a tourist office. The entrance to the important climbing area at the foot of the mountain Mosor is just 100m away.

The villa provides all guests maximum privacy and security of the facility, which extends to little more than the total area of 5000m². The area also includes promenade through the olive grove and vineyard. Security is strictly controlled and conditions are adapted to the standard protection of persons with special treatment (VIP). The entire area is very peaceful and quiet , and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.
