We’re excited to introduce you to Villa Ulika, a beautifully furnished home set in a peaceful area near Vodnjan in Istria. It’s the ideal place for up to 6 guests who are looking for comfort, privacy, and an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The sea is just 2.6 km away, while restaurants and shops are conveniently located 3.4 km from the villa.
The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, spread across 143 m², making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together while still enjoying their own space.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom with a double bed. The first floor features two more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms , one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, and one offers a lovely balcony with views of the greenery and the peaceful Istrian surroundings.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a jacuzzi for extra relaxation. There is also table tennis, and right next to the house you’ll find a children’s playground with football goals , perfect for the little ones.
You will also have three private parking spaces at your disposal.
