Semi-detached house of 55 m2 + 55 m2 of uncovered areas, with independent entrance. It consists of a dining room with kitchenette with induction burners, large windows overlooking the sea, living area with TV and double sofa bed (an area that can be separated from the rest of the room). In the opposite corner from the kitchen there is a single bed with another pull-out single. A double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.
Large outdoor spaces including a large equipped terrace overlooking the sea, parking space and private beach access.

- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
