We offer our guests an apartment located on the third floor of a building without a lift, on the corner of the tree-lined avenue that leads to the characteristic Ghiaie beach, an enviable position, in the immediate vicinity various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy as well as the port for travelers on foot. It is famous for the unparalleled beauty of its seabed, the turquoise colored water which with the sirocco seems to take us into a Caribbean setting, its particular white pebbles smoothed by the sea. In the background the Scoglietto, today is a biological protection area, enriching the flora and fauna of our side: a paradise for those in search of fresh, clean water and for snorkelling lovers. In the vicinity, do not forget the proximity of 3 other masterpieces: the Padulella, Capo Bianco and the wild Sottobomba.

Small and modern apartment located on the third floor in a residential complex. It is composed of an entrance hall, a small well-equipped kitchen on the right with access to the balcony, a living room with sofa and TV on the left. Double bedroom, one double with 2nd pull-out bed, one double. Large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Location information:
- on the corner of Viale delle Ghiaie; near the port
- it has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Financial Police

- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
