Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 sofabed and satellite TV. Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Embedded carpenter's furniture.
Aschau: Comfortable 3-family house . Above Aschau, in the district of Tiefenbach 3.5 km from the centre of Aschau, 5 km from the lake, 150 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Bread roll service. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 10 m, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 5 km. Tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 5500 km, slopes 150 m, ski bus stop 4 km, sled run 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km.
