Tenuta Capitolini lies in the green heart of Umbria, south of Perugia and north of Todi. Tuscany is near, in the west. The farmhouse was built in 1875 but fully renovated with elegance; both the view of the villa and the gardens around it are stunning.

The apartments are well equipped with good quality furniture. The panorama is amazing, particularly from the large pool with solarium. The embedded position in the nature makes it an ideal location for relaxation.

Fuoco is a large apartment of 80 m² arranged on two floors connected by a spiral staircase. On the ground floor is the large equipped kitchen with living room. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower; it can accommodate up to 6 people, a single bed can be added on request. The windows on the east side offer a beautiful view of the hills. It has a balcony in front of the entrance and a private table and chairs in the garden.
