The apartments are located in a property consisting of 6 apartments just 50 meters from the enchanting Bagno beach, each with a private parking space and access to the beach via a private path.
Bagno Beach is a lovely pebble beach located just down the road from the house. It is a free beach for lovers of nature and silence, fresh and crystalline water, clean and wild seabed.

From the gate to the property, cross the road and take the path (about 50 meters, 20 meters long concrete steps and then about 20 steps) which goes down to the sea. The locality of Il Bagno, where the apartments are located, is about 2.5 km from Marciana Marina, one of the most atmospheric and touristic towns on the island, with its seafront promenade and its famous restaurants. If you go in the opposite direction, however, you will find Paolina beach approx. 2 km away, a small sandy beach equipped with access to the sea along a path, Spartaia approx. 2.5 km away, and finally Procchio beach approx. 3 km away, a large sandy beach equipped and a small picturesque village full of places and basic necessities.

First floor apartment (5 beds)
The apartment is located on the first and last floor and is accessed via an external staircase. The front door is on the terrace where you can eat while enjoying the view you can see in one of the pictures. The apartment is on two levels, on the lower floor there is a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the walled mezzanine, which overlooks the living room, there is a bedroom with two beds and the second bathroom. To access the mezzanine, you go up the stairs you see in one of the pictures and the mezzanine is open, so that the person sleeping there can hear who is in the living room. A fifth guest can sleep on one of the individual sofa beds in the living room.

Important notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted
- check-in from 16.30 to 19.30 and check-out before 9.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of €50.00 must be paid
- SMALL pets allowed ONLY with a €30 cleaning fee (max 2 per booking)
- deposit (compulsory): 200.00 euros; refundable at the end of the stay after seeing the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned until 3pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be reserved on site
