Description
Podere Caggiolo is a very suggestive farmhouse. It has, in fact, the warm and restful atmosphere of an old farmhouse, and has preserved to this day its original architectural features together with the typical and romantic pigeon house. We are sure that you will compete with your friends or family to have the pleasure of sleeping in the room that the owners have made for you. Even children love sleeping in this little tower, it smells like a fairy tale.

Podere Caggiolo is particularly suitable for family groups. The large living room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor, the large fireplace, the spacious bedrooms all furnished with local antiques and each with its own private bathroom and its own character and style, but above all the fenced swimming pool (size m. 5 x 10, depth m. 1.20-1.80 - open from 01st May to 30th September), make it particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together.

From the house, from the front garden shaded by age-old oaks, olive trees and other tall trees, you can admire a wide and harmonious landscape of the fertile and endless Chiana Valley, closed on the horizon by the mountains of the Apennine ridge. A barbecue, a cool gazebo and a table tennis complete the outdoor facilities and will be the scene of your summer evenings in the open air.
Marciano della Chiana can also be reached on foot with a 2 km walk.
