Casa Marida - Villetta in a fantastic location not far from Sant'Andrea and Cotoncello. The strong point of the house is its large equipped terrace overlooking the bay, in a cool but sunny location, impossible not to be excited about. It goes without saying that the sea on the island is clear and transparent, but in Sant'Andrea (link: Spiaggia di Sant'Andrea), it seems to merge with the sky, giving the impression of swimming in air. For nature lovers, this area is a paradise: you will be immersed in the spontaneous Mediterranean scrub, local vegetation in bloom, especially in spring, such as stone oaks and bougainvillea, paths and hiking trails and a special golden sandy beach protected on the sides by smooth rocks from the sea known as "Cote Piane". Cotoncello, on the other hand, is a small diamond set in the rocks (Link: Cotoncello beach), its sea a flat table with divine transparencies and its smooth granite rock shines in the hot summer sun, creating a heavenly environment.

The property is spread over one floor. It offers large outdoor spaces, a fantastic terrace with sea views to the front and an equipped outdoor area to the side with a drying rack. The outside rooms give access to a separately equipped kitchen and a large living room with a double sofa bed and a possible cupboard with bed base and single bed as well as a dining table. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the beautiful terrace and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine.

- deposit (compulsory): 200.00 euros; refundable at the end of the stay after seeing the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned until 3pm)
