If you have imagined your holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside, if your dream is to wake up in the morning, open the windows and find yourself surrounded by golden sunflowers and ears of corn, Il Viaggiolo is the house for you. From your windows, from the garden, from the swimming pool you will have, as far as the eye can see, cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills that change colour with the seasons. Here and there are ancient villages rich in history and tradition. One of these is Marciano della Chiana (3 km), dominated by its castle, over which the mighty tower stands like a grim sentinel, majestically overlooking the valley below. You could do your shopping in grocery stores and supermarkets in Foiano della Chiana, also about 3 km away.
Il Viaggiolo is an old farmhouse that in recent years has regained its original beauty. The wooden beams, the warm colours used and the stylish furniture give it a cosy and comfortable atmosphere that will make you feel immediately comfortable and welcome. The farmhouse will be the ideal place for your family holidays, the outdoor space, large and safe, will allow your children to run and explore while you enjoy an aperitif by the pool. Or even if you are travelling in a group, Il Viaggiolo will provide you with large and comfortable space for dinners with your friends, or it can also serve as a starting point for your trips to discover the villages and cities of art in central Italy.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden shaded by tall trees, decorated with pots and flowers and equipped with table, chairs, umbrellas, swing and barbecue. Under the large centuries-old oak tree, to the side of the house, there is a small corner designed for relaxing with a good book or for an evening chat with friends and a glass of wine. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Two covered parking spaces are also available.

FIRST FLOOR: reachable either from inner or outer staircase, living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, two double bedrooms, single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
On ground floor, on the pool side, there are a bathroom with shower and a laundry.
Thanks to its own characteristics (two independent entrances and two kitchens) the house is ideal to accommodate also two families who wish to spend their holidays together, yet maintaining their own privacy.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 250 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used)
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
Tourist tax Euro 1 per person per day applied for the first 5 days only. Children up to 14 years do not pay.
Wood for fireplace Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).

• For electric car vehicle it is necessary to ask if it possible to charge it (on payment) at the villa or not. In this case we will suggest the nearest appropriate car charge in the area.

Note: in the period 06.07-31.08 it is only possible to arrive and depart on Saturdays
