5-room house on 2 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: lounge with open-hearth fireplace and bar. Exit to the terrace. Open living room with open-hearth fireplace. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. 2 sep. WC's. Boiler (270 litres). Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Part of the house is closed and uninhabited. Exit to the terrace with a view of the Szwalk Maly Lake. The owners are happy to welcome guests with their own horses.
Large, beautiful "rustico" cottage "Dwór Szwalk", built in 1890, renovated in 2000, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, on the lake. Private: park 3 ha, natural garden, meadow, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, courtyard, natural pond. Terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. Available: bicycles (10). Motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, shopping centre 17 km, restaurant 17 km, bakery 17 km, bus stop 4 km, swimming bay 100 m. Nearby attractions: Puszcza Borecka. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Szwalk Maly. Please note: car recommended.
