Large terrace, large patio. Barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 1.9 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 6 km. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course 9 km, riding stable 13 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark Aquadiver 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
