Various unique and special accommodations are available to guests: the 16th century manor house and the other seven beautiful villas, all with private swimming pools or the 14 elegant suites in the village of Pian Rinaldi, in the center of the estate, where there are also "Il Tuscan Bistro "- a typically Tuscan café-tavern - and the Reception.
Villa Terra is clearly visible inside the estate for its two towers and for the beautiful infinity pool with a wide view over the Tuscan countryside. The interiors of the Villa are spacious and bright: from the large kitchen and the double living room with living room and dining room you have direct access to the private garden and the loggia with sitting area and dining table for unforgettable dinners under the stars.
Ground floor of the Villa: A large entrance gives access to the living area of the Villa; French doors open onto a beautiful loggia furnished with table and chairs, sofas and armchairs. A living room with fireplace and an elegant dining room. A large traditional Tuscan style kitchen, fully equipped, the guest bathroom.
Villa First Floor: four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a convivial lounge.

"30% deposit of the total value to be paid upon confirmation
20% of the total value to be settled 29 days prior to arrival
Balance of 50% to be settled 14 days prior to arrival
The agency or the final client will kindly provide us a copy of their credit card to guarantee the reservation with debit authorization in case of missed or partial payments, cancellations exceeding the permits, unpaid extras, late check-out and early check-in, late arrivals, early departures and no show"

"From confirmation to 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of reserved services can be cancelled without penalties
From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the reserved services can be cancelled without penalties
From 14 days prior to arrival date any cancellation will be charged 100%
In all seasons: In case of no-show or early departure full amount to be charged"
For cancellations done 30 days upon arrival date due to Covid-19 restriction / emergency, the deposit already paid can be used as a credit for 12 months
