Second floor: (accessible only from the outside, and not connected on the inside) large terrace-sunbathing area with panoramic views.
There is air conditioning in all rooms.

The tourist tax is applicable for the first 6 days of stay (not applicable to children under 12 years)

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
