Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds and air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
