Roughly 50m from the house there is a tennis court/football pitch reserved for the use of guests.

The rental is composed of 2 units which are not internally connected, along with a magnificent living area adapted to welcome all of the guests together: it contains a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker), a children’s playroom with toys, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.

The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool (they have a separate entrance).

Renting this splendid property in Italy would also allow guests to easily reach Tuscany’s most famous attractions.
A 2km stretch of good-condition dirt road reaches the property.
