Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Large terrace 47 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 51, height 200 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Entrance to the apartment via the ground floor.

For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.10. and 01.12.-31.12. pool opening hours: 07:30-20:00). Terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Swimming pool closed in November. The resort was built on sloping grounds. The floors levels are calculated from the bottom terrace of the residence. In case of heavy snow falls, it is not allowed to clear out the snow from the terraces.
