Very well maintained apartment, newly built, located in the splendid town of Patresi in a unique panoramic location overlooking the sea. The village, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, is particularly loved by trekking and mountain bike enthusiasts, as its proximity to many paths and the sea allows you to enjoy a holiday dedicated to relaxation, but also sports. Not very busy, this wild beach offers tranquility and a crystal clear, granite-like sea, which can be reached via a path. The beach is equipped with a sunbed and parasol rental as well as a bar/restaurant. A jewel on the Costa del Sole, from where you can admire wonderful sunsets with views of Capraia and Corsica's profile on the horizon.

The apartment of approx. 70 m2 consists of own entrance, newly renovated kitchen with dining room and double sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower cabin without a bidet. An outdoor area equipped for dining is also available to guests, with a bright sea view.
