Located in Porlezza on Lake Lugano, this villa apartment is situated within the parkland of the Porto Letizia holiday residence. The shared family-friendly parkland features meandering footpaths, a communal beach with SUP and watersport hire, 2 children’s play areas and a main Palazzo building with on-site reception, stylish café bar, contemporary Panama Italian restaurant and more. During the months of July and August there is also a kids’ entertainment program.

From the resort’s central location along ‘Via Prati’, guests will easily be able to reach the town amenities, the bus and ferry links and the main lake road of Porlezza (2-5 minutes’ walk away). Perfect for a fun and varied holiday on the Italian-Swiss Lakes, the resort is within easy driving distance from the year-round lake capital of Lugano and the picturesque, well-serviced Lake Como resort of Menaggio (22-28 minutes’ drive away).
