This beautiful detached house is located only 1 km above the municipality of Toscolano-Maderno. Its location offers a fantastic view of Lake Garda, which can be admired from most areas of the house, the swimming pool and the garden.

Access to the property is via a gate at street level, from which there is also access to a large two-car garage. A first flight of stairs leads up to the garden level, where there is a large covered terrace with a splendid lake view and a wonderful private swimming pool. Next to the pool is a service bathroom with shower. The pool is also equipped with an electric cover, which is very useful for keeping the water warm in the evenings and during the low season.

This beautiful detached house is located just above the village of Toscolano-Maderno (1 km from the municipality), in a very convenient position to reach the lake or simply to enjoy the fantastic lake view from the house and the large private pool. A large private garage for two cars is available. 4G Wi-Fi is available. 3 bedrooms. Fireplace. Separate kitchen. Large covered terrace with lake view. A second staircase leads to the entrance of the house, which is in a fantastic panoramic position. We enter the living room with French windows overlooking the lake and a charming antique fireplace. The kitchen is separate from the living room (it was renovated in 2012) and is fully equipped with all the crockery and utensils needed for cooking. On the opposite side of the living room is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160x190 cm) and wardrobes. The third bedroom is smaller and has a double bed (140x190 cm).

The flat is located just above the centre of Toscolano-Maderno (5 minutes by car), one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Garda, with numerous shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a long and beautiful beach... everything you need for a wonderful stay on Lake Garda :) We highly recommend arriving by car: 1.5 km from the centre of Toscolano-Maderno (5 minutes by car). From the village you can take a ferry to other places on the lake. The nearest railway station is Desenzano.
