Please note that the maximum occupancy for the property is 10 people.

Ground Floor:
Entrance; large sitting room with fireplace and dining area opening onto the panoramic terrace and back patio both furnished for “al fresco” meals; second sitting room with fireplace; big kitchen opening onto the terrace/garden; twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub).

First Floor:
Double bedroom with 4-poster bed; bathroom with jacuzzi bath; bedroom with French bed (with own exit via a stairway to the garden); tower bedroom (up a narrow “ladder” staircase) with French bed and wonderful views; bathroom (shower); twin bedroom with bathroom (bathtub); galleried area overlooking sitting room with sofa and books; large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
