Both the villa and the farmhouse have been completely renovated, with original terracotta floors and antique wooden ceilings, and boast the best of contemporary Italian design with a fresh, clean look. Both are equipped with heating, smart satellite TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and stereo system with CD player, automatic gate, parking and a large, independent garden. In the villa, the bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans, while the farmhouse is air-conditioned (in the sleeping area). From our large garden, you can enjoy a 360° view of the Florentine Chianti hills and discover a multitude of small hidden corners where you can relax in absolute privacy. The villa can accommodate 11 people with exclusive use of the swimming pool, or you can rent the entire property - Il Colle di Sotto Villa + Cottage (15 + 2 people) - with exclusive use of two swimming pools and a Jacuzzi.

VILLA Ground floor: Two spacious living rooms, a beautiful kitchen with magnificent arched windows offering spectacular views over the valley and a bathroom; a spacious double bedroom, a bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with double bed, a separate walk-in wardrobe and a large private bathroom with shower.
