Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
Terraced house "Partie de pêche". 4.5 km from the centre of Plozévet, 5.5 km from the centre of Pouldreuzic, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: natural state property 3'000 m2 with lawn. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4.5 km, restaurant 1.1 km, bar 1.1 km. Sports harbour 16 km, surf school 1.1 km.
