The main façade of the building, facing south towards the wide valley of Mount Orfano, faces the entrance courtyard. The architecture of the façade, simple and linear, is characterised by three short staircases in sandstone and morainic pebbles, leading to the portico, delineated by three arches with lowered arches and Tuscan columns. The severity of the architectural lines, the simplicity of the layout, the rhythmic scansion of the elevations through the use of grey stone from Sarnico, give the residence a stately and austere character, typical of Lombard commissions of the time and of the architecture of the territories surrounding Lake Iseo.

The entrance portico gives access to the vaulted rooms, which preserve the structure and the imposing 17th-century fireplaces. The wooden structure of the attic is also well preserved. Seventeenth-century villa with swimming pool, located in Erbusco, on the Milan-Venice axis between
Iseo Lake and Garda Lake, in the heart of the Franciacorta vineyards with its renowned wine cellars (Ca' del Bosco, Bellavista, etc.) at a short distance from the charming cities of Bergamo, Brescia, Parma, Piacenza, Verona, Mantua, Padua and Venice. The Villa is accessed through a private gate that leads to a large open space, surrounded by flowerbeds of hydrangeas and roses, in front of the porch of the house with a top view of the vineyard property.

The private swimming pool (15x7 m) is located in the garden at the back of the villa.

Interior Description
The villa has three floors. On the ground floor, overlooking the porch and the rear garden, there are the large living room, the library room, the 2 adjacent dining rooms and two sitting rooms/studies. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture, bookcases and a piano, and have large fireplaces. It is completed by a large kitchen equipped with all crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and all that is necessary to prepare any meal for all the guests of the house. Finally, there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a service bedroom with bathroom.

On the first floor of the Villa there is the sleeping area composed by three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with separate beds. Among these 5 bedrooms, two have an adjoining living room with an additional sofa bed, reaching a total of 12 beds. There are 4 bathrooms accessed from the corridors. On the second floor there are other 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total of 8 beds.

In addition to the estate vineyard, the villa contains historic cellars in which the Milesi family has produced and preserved its own Franciacorta brut for generations. The villa is ideal for both holiday stays (not less than one week) and business stays (not less than three nights).
The villa, which is still lived periodically by the original owners, is not available from the 15th of May to the 31st of July and from the 15th of September to the 31st of October. Connected by motorway, you can reach Milan in less than an hour.

- Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed under any circumstances, even if they are not staying overnight, without prior permission
- All guests must observe a good neighborly policy and not participate in the illegal activities
- Respect neighbors and reduce noise between 22.00 and 8:00.
- Party planning is not permitted without the owner's consent
- Renter must be 18 years of age. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise stated in the reservation
- Photography or commercial filming is not permitted on the property
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the provided credit card if any damage occurs during the stay. If there is any damage or problem, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
- If you spill something that is difficult to clean up, call us immediately
