Edera : Elegant 40 sqm King Superior double bedroom with hydro massage tub and ensuite bathroom. It is located on the ground floor is a spacious and bright room for two people.The room is furnished as follows: air conditioning, hairdryer, bidet, safe, shower, internet WIFI, sink, double bed (length: 2m, width: 1.8m), Smart Tv, Desk, Hot tub massage, toilet.

- The short lease of the villa does not give the right to organize events of any kind in the same unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the terms and conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to the simple tourist stay.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be as follows:
- **twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of guests, mid-stay partial cleaning with tidying up of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except pool towels, bathrobes and slippers, where applicable);

** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is provided as shown above.
- if the stay is more than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (e.g. 12 nights), there is an intermediate transition mid-stay.
- for stays and reservations of multiple 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is provided as shown above.

During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.

Cover accidental damage to property and/or furniture
A non-refundable damage coverage policy of €198.00 with damage coverage up to €5,000.00 will be paid at the balance of the reservation.
