The outdoor area of the villa is characterised by the beautiful private swimming pool (size: 12.00 x 6.00 depth: 1.20-2.70) furnished with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower for the exclusive use of guests. The shady veranda is furnished with a table and chairs for dining al fresco, plus a comfortable sofa for relaxing. There is also a barbecue area and a garden.

The interior is distributed over several levels.

On the ground floor, you will find the living area consisting of the living room, where you can relax on the sofa in front of the satellite TV, the modern, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and storage room.

The floor below houses the sleeping area, consisting of two spacious double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.

The villa is air-conditioned to keep it cool in the summer and has a central heating system for the winter.

It is equipped with Wi-fi Internet and a washing machine.
