Villa Stone is authentic Dalmatian stone house couple century old. This year 2016. is fully renovated , inside and outside, everything is brand new. It is situated on a hill above the bay of Mlini, just 10 minutes driving from Dubrovnik Airport and 15 minutes from UNESCO Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old Town.

There is over 900m2 outdoor space, where you can enjoy in glorius swimming pool 10x4m which is heated,and lie on sun lounger on spacious terace around the pool. There are 9 sun loungers and park for kids with lot of content to play. With breathtaking views of the sea and the countryside, it is a perfect spot for lounging or entertaining.

There is 160m2 of interior space over three floors of villa, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Interior space is designed by the owner with so much love, it is warm and cozy, combination of new and old style, taking care on every detail trying to be everything perfect.
On ground floor there is seperate apartment for 2 person. There is 1 bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with bathtub and kitchen.
On 1 first floor of the villa there are living room, dining room, full kitchen, one bedroom with king bed and bathroom. Reachable from groundfloor with outside stairs.

Area which is very peaceful and quiet, rare traffic around villa, from main road 900m( 0.5 miles- this part of road little bit narrow) far by car (couple minutes), by foot 800m (0.5miles) far, area safe for children, privacy guaranteed. There is also below Villa walking trail to little church surrounded with nature.
