Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. The living room is a farmhouse lounge. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, conservatory, box-room. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking (roofed, fenced 2 cars). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long steep motor access. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house.
