The living room overlooks a garden with a terrace and swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the view.
The décor has a marine theme, with blue and white tones that recall the sea and sky. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms, all with access to balconies to admire the view, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
The bathrooms are modern and equipped with hydromassage showers. Outside, the gardens and private pool offer many opportunities to relax, with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a dining area for al fresco dining.
The villa is perfect for exploring the surroundings, with Sorrento, Positano and the Amalfi Coast within easy reach. It offers modern comforts, including air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi and private parking.

Interior Description
The villa is structured on two levels, with a ground floor with large windows on both sides, filling the room with natural light and creating an airy and welcoming atmosphere. On one side there is a large patio, perfect for organizing barbecues or hanging laundry out to dry, while on the other side there is a spacious terrace with garden and pool, offering spectacular views over the hills to the sea.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.

The living room, with two pairs of French doors, opens directly onto the terraced garden and swimming pool. A dining area is also located here, along with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs arranged around an elegant glass coffee table.
Going upstairs there are also two additional bathrooms.

The master bedrooms are furnished with comfort and style, offering ample space for personal belongings. French doors in the rooms open onto private balconies.
