Villa Ugo, located on top of a hill, in a dominant position over the entire Tiber valley with breathtaking views over fields of olive trees, vineyards and green hills, this ancient castle with an adjoining church dating back to the 11th century, has been skilfully renovated and transformed in a wonderful villa with private infinity pool that fits perfectly into the context as an integral part of the complex.

Other spectacular hill towns include Cortona and Preggio, the latter with its annual classical music festival, as well as the annual Montone Film Festival, which attracts an international audience.

- Maid Service is provided in a time frame between 10am and 1pm (6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays for Villa Sibilla, Villa del Cammino, Villa Collinette, Savino, Torre and Santa – included every day for Villa Piuma, Villa Ugo and Molino). The total length of the service cannot be determined in
advance as depends on how many maids are going at the same time, it includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. Deeper
cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service available on request at an extra charge as indicated in our Service Book.
- Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
- Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption. Pool heating not available in mid-season.
- Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
- Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
- Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips
per villa are NOT available.
- 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
- Final cleaning.
- Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of
bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra
cost.
- Soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in every bathroom.
- Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
- Toilet paper, kitchen sponge and garbage bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that the garbage will be serviced by our staff during
maid service)."
"GENERAL NOTES:
- Minimum stay in peak season: 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday – except for last minutes).
- Minimum stay and daily prices on request for other seasons.
- Villa Molinoa: Minimum stay of 2 nights all year long. No pets admitted. Only suitable for children over 14 years old.
- Transfer policy: only transfers arranged through the Tenuta di Umbra Concierge Team are allowed to access the estate.
- We strongly suggest all guests to have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra. Sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for Tenuta Umbra white gravel roads.
- Extra services and activities: all the extra services that guests may require during their stay can only be arranged by the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team and not through external providers. Services/activities must be booked in advance as Tenuta Umbra cannot guaranteed availability if booked last minute.
- The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas. Please note that we
cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
- Prices for weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo are upon request.
- It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate"
TENUTA UMBRA: Account 30% of the total amount at the confirmation, balance 60 days before the arrival. All payments are not refundable
