Description
This comfortable three-room apartment is located near the center of Rio Marina, a municipality that stands between the sea and the mountains, a jewel of mining on the island, a few steps from the main services and only 1 kilometer from the beach.
The mining past of Rio Marina has once again become a major attraction for island tourism, so much so that the stretch of coast from Rio Marina to Cavo has been called the "Shining Coast", in honor of the almost dreamlike glimmer of the black mining dust found on some beaches and which differentiate their appearance.

The house is accessed from a large equipped garden with a sea view and for exclusive use of the apartment.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a glass window overlooking the sea, equipped with a double sofa bed and an LCD TV. To the right we find a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, electric oven and double-door refrigerator.
To the left, a hallway leads to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (can be joined).
In the garden we find a storage room with a washing machine as well as an outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs and a private uncovered parking space.
The house is completed by a bathroom with dressing room and shower and an external service with toilet, sink and bidet.
In the garden we find a shed with a washing machine. The outdoor space is equipped with table and chairs, sink and outdoor shower. A reserved uncovered parking space is available adjacent to the house.

- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refundable at the end of the stay after seeing the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned until 3pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (must be requested at the time of booking); cannot be reserved on site
