The holiday home is partitioned into two bedrooms and a gallery above the living area which can also be used as a sleeping area. The gallery with two sleeping places is particularly well suited for the little ones. There are two bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower stall and there is a wash basin and a WC in both bathroom units. In addition, the chalet has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, coffee machine (Nespresso), refrigerator, electric stove and dishwasher. A washing machine is available as well. The living room of this "homely" house has a fireplace for cosy hours on the impressive leather sofa. Satellite TV is available as well. The spacious dining nook is somewhat detached from the living area. Pets are welcome. Internet (Wifi) is available free of charge.

In summer, it is a convenient starting point for a wide variety of hikes and excursions in the region, into the Glarus region, the Heidiland, to Zurich and around Lake Zurich. The chalet offers a perfect panoramic view of the Alps and towards Lake Walen. It is about 800 metres from the chalet to the Arvenbüel local centre with its various restaurants, ski school, ice field and cross-country ski track. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 250 metres. The chalet is situated in a very idyllic setting at the end of a residential street and offers three free parking spaces.
