With a usable area of around 135 m², including the terrace, this holiday home offers space for up to 10 people (plus 1-2 children) to experience unforgettable holiday moments in a sophisticated ambience. Inside, you will find high-quality furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. In addition to two elegant bathrooms/showers and a sauna, the facilities include a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and oven, ideal for shared meals. A flat-screen TV with soundbar and a radio are available for relaxing and entertaining. Of course, there is also a washing machine (coin-operated) and, if required, a handcart for the beach.

Outside, a spacious terrace invites you to linger, fully equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a bookable hot tub, complemented by a characteristic beach chair. Guests also benefit from the use of the covered outdoor pool (April to early November) and can relax in a beach chair. A fenced-in adventure playground and an extensive ball playground offer children and the young at heart plenty of space for play and exercise.

The area surrounding the holiday home 'Jaguar' is ideal for numerous activities. There is an outdoor pool and sauna in the immediate vicinity, which are accessible to all guests. The location is ideal for all kinds of activities - whether you are looking to relax or be active. The proximity to the beach means that swimming fun is just a short walk away, while the rural surroundings are perfect for long walks or bike rides.

Linen, Amenities and Parking

Please note that bed linen and towels are only provided if they have been booked in advance. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own. Children’s cots are available and bedding, including pillows and duvets, is provided in the house.

Your house features a private outdoor hot tub. If you would like to use it, the hot tub must be booked before your arrival. It will then be unlocked for your stay.

After each guest change, we completely replace the water and heat it to 36-38°C (97-100°F). The hot tub is checked regularly to ensure proper operation and water quality.

Operating instructions can be found in the guest app. Please make sure to shower before using the hot tub. Otherwise, additional charges may apply for extra water changes.

Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking space assigned to your house. Please note that our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Sauna, Pool and Leisure

The outdoor sauna, located on the terrace next to the pond, is available to all guests and is operated via a coin-operated electricity meter.

The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge.

Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds.

Catering and Shopping

Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite.

For larger grocery shopping, you will find a Kaufland supermarket in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away.

House Rules and Departure

We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property.

The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand.


If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance.

In every house, you will find the house rules and a spare key at the entrance door. All important information and guidelines for your stay are clearly summarized there for your convenience.
