Unit Layout
The villa and its annex have been meticulously renovated and furnished with exquisite taste, reflecting a deep reverence for Tuscan traditions. Terracotta floors, coffered ceilings, marble kitchens and bathrooms, and massive fireplaces crafted from pietra serena stone create an enchanting ambiance that promises a truly unique and exclusive vacation experience.

The Main Villa (approximately 500 square meters) accommodates up to 6 guests and features a spacious kitchen with a fireplace, fully equipped with modern amenities such as a barbecue, oven, 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerators, freezer, ice machine, and espresso machine. It also includes a dining room with a fireplace, a large living room with a fireplace, and a loggia with a pergola and garden furniture. The upper floor boasts two double bedrooms, one of which is a luxurious master suite, both with en-suite bathrooms, a study with a writing desk and a sofa bed, and a solarium terrace with an outdoor shower.

The Annex (approximately 300 square meters) can accommodate up to 12 guests and features a large living room with a fireplace, one double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The upper floor houses four double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and two additional bathrooms with showers.
