Modern flat of 70 square metres on the second floor of a building with lift. The building is located in the modern centre of the city and not far from the historical centre (20 minutes on foot). The area in which it is located is the most prestigious area of Palermo (Libertà-Notarbartolo district) and is full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, villas and gardens, ..... Its proximity to several gardens makes it particularly suitable for families. In front of the flat it is possible to park with hourly tickets (purchasable at the Tabacchi opposite), but some free parking spaces are also available.
