Holiday home Terra Quercus is a lovely stone building that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to six people comfortably in four bedrooms with four bathrooms. Terra Quercus is located 3 km (2 mi) from Sarteano, Italy and only 25 km (15 mi) from Montepulciano in the tourist area "Orcia Valley".

Upon arrival you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Outside you will also find a patio and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to six people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished patio is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the nice Tuscan weather.

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
