The Villa is part of an ancient 'Baglio' completely renovated, immersed in a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool and can accommodate up to 14 persons. Modern and equipped with all comforts, it preserves the charm of'antico.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Check-in is possible until midnight, but after 9:30 PM, a late check-in fee will be charged.

Different check-in times must be agreed with the owners and will incur a surcharge, as described at the end of the description under optional extras.

For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.

The Villa features:
5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 triple bedrooms that can use bathrooms outside the bedrooms, and 1 quadruple bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The quadruple bedroom is also connected to a triple bedroom, but both have a separate entrance from the patio, so simply lock the connecting door and it will be isolated from the outside.another bedroom).

In fact, just a few minutes' drive away are the free-access Alcamo Marina beach with fine, golden sand, the town of Alcamo with its Castle of the "Count of Modica", the Bosco D'Alcamo Nature Reserve on Mount Bonifato, the Churches and Alcamo DOC White Wine Trail, the Castellammare del Golfo Marina with its Castle, the Scopello Faraglioni with its village and the Scopello Tonnara, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Greek Temple of Segesta with its Greek Amphitheater, and the Segesta thermal waters, all just minutes away.
Just a 30-minute drive away are the city of Palermo with all its wonders and shopping centers, Monreale, Erice, Custonaci and its "Grotta Mangiapane," Trapani with its salt pans, Marsala with its Stagnone Nature Reserve and the island of Mothia, the Punic ship of Marsala, Castelvetrano, and Selinunte with its Archaeological Park.

Things to know:
- The pool will be cleaned weekly, including water quality control, at no extra cost.
- Smoking is permitted in the villa's large outdoor areas.
- Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and interior areas of the villa.
- E' and it is forbidden to connect Electric Cars or Plug-ins to the sockets of the villa to recharge the batteries.
-It is prohibited to accommodate guests who are not included in the reservation.
By prior arrangement with the owners, guests outside of the reservation may be accommodated, up to a maximum of 14 people, even for a single day without an overnight stay, for an additional fee of €40 per person per day.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked for a security deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out if you have respected the waste separation rules.

- L'video surveillance system present is switched off during the presence of guests. In addition, for greater peace of mind, the cameras in the privacy zones are covered with black covers, while those in the car park and gate are not covered to act as a deterrent to people approaching the villa. In any case, there are no cameras in the bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the area is very quiet.
Other optional extras can be requested in the villa at extra charge.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
- Bath/shower towels (white) in each room cannot be used for the pool and beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, we can hire them for you at a cost of € 10 per towel for your entire stay.
- For an early check-in, please ask for availability, an extra charge of € 30 per hour of extra use of the villa will be charged.
- For a Late Check-out, please ask for availability, a supplement of € 30 per extra hour of use of the villa will be charged.
- To have a baby cot, ask for availability because we have to make a rental, an extra charge of € 100 will be requested, for the whole stay including rental, transport at check-in and check-out, by the rental company.
- If you wish to have a baby high chair, please ask for availability because we have to make a rental, a supplement of € 40 will be requested, for the entire stay including rental, transport at check-in and check-out, by the rental company.
- If you would like to host a friend or relative in the villa during your stay, even without overnight stay and only during the day, you must first ask the owners for permission and if this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of € 40 per person for each day, even if it is only partial.
- Although you can check in late, until midnight, be aware that if you check in after 9.30 pm, you will be asked to pay an extra charge of € 50 for the Night check-in.
- For other requests not described, please ask the owners for the supplement.
