Spacious and bright, renovated in 2024, luxurious and tasteful furnishings: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 195 cm), shower/bidet/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open living room with satellite TV. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning. Large terrace 25 m2, porch. Terrace furniture, covered balcony, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 50 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Imperia Oneglia" 15 km, sandy beach "Borgo Foce" 9 km pebble beach "Borgo Prino" 9 km. Hiking paths: Monte Faudo. Please note: not suitable for small children.
