Enjoy alfresco dining under the panoramic pergola from the cottage, which features a dining table that seats 12. Additionally, there's a wooden outdoor table in front of the kitchen that accommodates 8 guests, as well as armchairs and an outdoor sofa with an umbrella in front of the main villa's living room. For added convenience, a cocktail table with two armchairs is situated in front of the cottage living room, and a barbecue area is available for your culinary delights. Immerse yourself in the private landscaped garden spanning 10,000 square meters, and take advantage of the Ping Pong table upon request.

Unit Layout
The ground floor of the main villa comprises a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, two fridges, and a microwave. You'll also find a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, a bathroom, and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.80x2m) featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two double king-size bedrooms (1.95x2m and 2x2m), each with a private bathroom (shower and bathtub), and two additional double bedrooms (1x2m) with a shared private bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The elegant cottage features an open-plan living-kitchen-dining area and a king-size bedroom (2x2m) with an en-suite bathroom and shower.

To reach Villa del Cammino, you'll travel along 3 km of gravel road. Please note that while the roads are in good condition, they can be steep and may have small stones, typical of country roads, so low-altitude or sports cars may not be suitable for the terrain.
