Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Facilities: baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maria Laach Vulkansee 35 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
