This luxury villa was built in 2011 in a rustic style of construction, and was renovated and pleasantly decorated in 2023. It provides its guests with 190 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 627 m2 surrounded by a rustic stone wall and beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The upper floor and terrace overlook the clear Adriatic Sea, which is 10 km away. Villa Amyra can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, offers complete privacy and is also fully air-conditioned.
The villa will delight you with its traditional charm with modern equipment, horticulture, comfort with enough space for children to play and have fun by the pool and trampoline. There is also a charger for electric vehicles

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room consisting of a sofa, sofas and armchairs, a traditional romantic fireplace and a TV. Next to the living room is a dining room with a dining table, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you will easily prepare delicious meals. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and contain a double bed while two rooms are upstairs. Three rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub or shower while one bathroom on the ground floor is right next to the door of the corresponding room.

On the outdoor terrace you will enjoy dining with a view of the old town of Sveti Lovrec, while in the pool of 35 m2 and depth of 1.5 m you will be able to comfortably refresh yourself during the day. By the pool you will sunbathe on 8 sun loungers reading your favourite book or soaking up the warm rays of the sun. On the terrace there is also an outdoor grill on charcoal or wood, and an additional lounge area equipped with comfortable large pillows.

Children and adults will have fun playing on the trampoline with badminton or throwing darts, and there are satellite/cable TV, Internet, books and a garden.

The villa is completely fenced, has a beautifully landscaped garden and a lot of greenery, which gives it a special experience. Inside the yard there are 2 private parking spaces with an electric vehicle charger, while outside it there is another parking space.

Attractions and local activities at your fingertips are wine tours or olive oil tours, bike rental, karting, adrenaline park, trekking routes or ski lift Porec. You can dive or sail and try riding.

Today's municipality of Sveti Lovrec borders with the cities of Porec and Rovinj, which are definitely worth a visit. Rovinj is 19 kilometers away and Porec is only 13 kilometers away. In Lovrec itself, visitors will find everything necessary for everyday stay, namely a grocery store, pizzeria and coffee bar, and in the nearby Lim Channel, which is a famous fish and shellfish farm, there is one of the leading fish restaurants in Istria.
