Tenuta del Suono, set in the natural beauty of the Crete Senesi, offers an authentic experience with 11 apartments and a manor house, sleeping a total of 55. The property includes a local agritourism restaurant and its own vegetable garden for small weddings or events. The property boasts two swimming pools, one of which is reserved exclusively for villa guests and the other for apartment guests.
The main villa features Tuscan architecture and offers ample space for entertainment and relaxation, including a private pool. The apartments, such as Aquila, Bruco, Chiocciola, Drago, Istrice, Lupa, Nicchio, Onda, Selva and Torre, maintain the Tuscan style and offer unique comforts, with private gardens and panoramic terraces.
The Villa is the centerpiece of the Sound Estate, with a welcoming and spacious ground floor, including a living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, as well as an atmospheric wine cellar. On the second floor, elegant and comfortable rooms offer privacy and comfort, while the vast surrounding garden includes an exclusive swimming pool for enjoying the Tuscan landscape.
The Aquila apartment, which sleeps 5, offers an elegant and comfortable space with a fireplace, kitchen, and three well-appointed rooms, complemented by two bathrooms and a rustic outdoor porch.
The Bruco apartment, for 6 people, offers a spacious living room with fireplace on the ground floor, while on the second floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and private bathrooms. Complete with a large private garden.
The Chiocciola apartment, for 4 people, on the second floor of the older building, offers an elegant, rustic Tuscan style with living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. It also includes an exclusive outdoor space for relaxation.
The Civetta Apartment, for 3 people, on the second floor of the oldest building. The living room with fireplace and traditional furnishings, kitchen, double and single bedroom with private bathrooms offer comfort and charm. Guests can relax in the exclusive outdoor space.
The Drago apartment, for 6 people, offers on the ground floor a spacious living area with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, and a sleeping area with two beds and a bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor space, accessible by a stone staircase, is intimate and private.
The Istrice apartment, for 4 people, offers on the ground floor a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and large kitchen. The second floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms dedicated to the sleeping area. A distinctive private patio is accessed from the ground floor.
The Lupa apartment, for 2+1 persons, located on the second floor, offers a fully equipped kitchen, living area, a double bedroom with bathroom and a second bathroom. A panoramic terrace with table and chairs completes the apartment.
The Nicchio apartment, for 4 people, offers on the ground floor a spacious dining room with fireplace and kitchen, and a sleeping area with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with private bathrooms. A large panoramic terrace completes the apartment.
The Onda apartment, for 6 people, located on the second floor, offers a spacious bright living area with fireplace and kitchen with access to the garden. It also has two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
The Selva apartment, for 4 people, located on the second floor of the estate, includes a large dining room with fireplace that opens onto a spacious kitchen. The sleeping area includes a double and a twin bedroom, both with private bathrooms.
The Torre apartment, for 4 people, offers a large dining room with fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor. The second floor, dedicated to the sleeping area, includes a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with two private bathrooms.

Check-in: from 3.30 pm till 7.00 pm (this depends from arrival date). In case of late arrival we will provide all the information to reach the apartment.
Check-out: from 8.30 am till 10 am depending on departure date. City tax and extras should be paid on the previous day within 6 pm.
The swimming pool will be open from April 20 till October 18, except in cases of force majeure
