Layout
Main house

Ground floor:
Large sitting room, second sitting room, dining room, kitchen. All these rooms open onto the garden. Guest bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) and en-suite bathroom(bathtub and separate shower), double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with private bathroom (bathtub), sitting room with single bed and study room/kitchenette.

Second floor:
Suite with twin beds, sitting room and bathroom (shower). Double bedroom, kids room with 3 single beds, bathroom (bathtub).

Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 pm and 7 pm (after 8 pm a fee of € 50 is required and after 10 pm the fee is € 100. Any late arrival has to be agreed in advance).

TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax is applied in most Italian municipalities. This tax is by law to be fully paid by the holidaymakers. The amount varies from municipality to municipality and it must be paid upon arrival directly to the caretaker /owner. Unfortunately, the amount may be subject to change even after the booking is confirmed.
