The central lake boasts a wealth of activities including lake swimming and sunbathing on the nearby public beach in Lierna, exploring the beautiful Lake Como villas, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and power boat rental on the lake and enjoying extreme sports, tennis, golf, skiing and sea plane adventures. The famous resort town of Varenna can also be reached by car from the village in less than 5 minutes!

Here guests can explore this timeless and romantic appeal of this resort town which features cafe-lined piazzas, a restaurant-lined lakefront and ancient buildings and cobbled streets which lead to romantic vistas. The historical Castello di Vezio features medieval re-enactments and falconry displays and is a scenic hillside walk from the town.
