The environment is completely autonomous, there is only one flat in the entire villa for rent, and the outdoor facilities and jacuzzi tub are for their exclusive use. Immersed in the green hills of Veneri "Pescia", the Podere offers you a relaxing, familiar stay, amidst expanses of olive trees, a stone's throw from splendid cities rich in history and art such as Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, Siena and famous localities such as Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme, Montecarlo land of prestigious wines and Collodi home to Pinocchio's park. The flat is adjacent to the main house, with its own entrance, garden and parking space.

The flat, equipped with colour TV, is composed on the ground floor of a living room-kitchen complete with all accessories, and offers the following electrical appliances: electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine. On the first floor there is a bathroom equipped with washbasin and toilet with shower cabin, and two bedrooms, one double and one spacious twin. Wi-Fi Internet access is free of charge. The consumption of electricity for the use of the jacuzzi is given by the reading of the autonomous meter and to be paid on site. During the summer the cost of electricity for the flat's air conditioners is given by the autonomous meter reading payable locally. During winter the gas consumption for heating is quantified by the meter reading payable locally. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels every other day. Outside we have the covered gazebo with jacuzzi open from the beginning of May to the end of September, the flat's private garden with barbecue, and a dining area with a panoramic view.

From this year there is the possibility of having our own breakfast consisting of: bread, eggs, butter, jam, coffee, tea, yoghurt and milk

The farmhouse provides a range of services for tourists who want to explore the surrounding area, see the characteristic neighbouring towns and taste the flavours of typical Tuscan cuisine, pointing out the places in the area.
